Very simple: ClashRooms is all about connection, teamwork, and enthusiasm! You play in the same space, both with and against each other. That’s what makes it so much fun and energetic from the very first minute! Truly the perfect group activity!!

ClashRooms can be played in both languages, and for many of the games, language isn't even a factor. When booking, let us know if you'd prefer a Dutch-speaking or English-speaking GameMaster.

ClashRooms is played indoors, so it's perfect for any weather!

Definitely! It’s suitable for all ages and abilities, and we can tailor the games to suit the group's preferences. All rooms are wheelchair accessible, and for the more active games, we can adapt to any limitations.

No, not at all. All the games are completely risk-free, although you might need to watch out for overly enthusiastic team members.

Thanks to our different rooms, we can accommodate groups of up to 60 people. If you're with more, get in touch for a custom solution.

ClashRooms is great for children from around 10 years old. They can join a group with adults and take part in the fun! (If your group includes children under 10, they are welcome as spectators free of charge.)Would you like a booking just for children, like a birthday party? Then get in touch with us.

Yes, no problem at all. If during a game you feel like you'd rather stop or not participate, a teammate can always step in for you.

No, animals are not allowed in ClashRooms.

We have three different themed rooms. Depending on the duration of your booking, you’ll play 2 or 3 games in each room! There’s plenty of variety!

We won’t give away all the details just yet. However, you can find some images on our website that will give you a hint!

You might sweat from the excitement! But physically, no – you don’t need sportswear, and there’s no need for a shower afterward.

Yes, we can guarantee that! For every group, we have games that will be played with enthusiasm and energy!

No, nothing at all. Just the cliché good mood, but we’ll take care of that for you too!

About 10 to 15 minutes in advance. We have a reception area where the group can gather, but if you arrive too early, you might get there before the GameMaster.

A booking lasts 1.5 or 2.5 hours. Plus, there’s plenty of time for drinks before and after!

If someone unexpectedly can't make it, our cancellation policy applies. It’s best to book for the number of people you’re sure will attend, but adding people on the spot is no problem. (Unless you’re going over 20, 40, or 60 people, in which case, please get in touch!)

The great thing about ClashRooms is that it’s team-based, and no one is indispensable. Joining in or leaving early is therefore no problem. Although, of course, it’s less fun, and we don’t offer refunds for that…

Yes, in our reception area, you can enjoy coffee or tea, and snacks like Mars bars and chips are available. Additionally, chilled drinks are available throughout your booking. Everything can be paid for on the spot.

No, bringing your own food or drinks is not allowed.

Yes, but limited. We want the energy and fun to come from the games and teamwork! If you're celebrating an event where you expect alcohol to be a part of it, we recommend scheduling ClashRooms at the beginning of the program. If a group becomes clearly too drunk or disruptive in any way, we reserve the right to either not start or stop the booking.

We prefer to discuss the best booking option for you directly. We don't (yet) have an online reservation system. Firstly, because bookings can overlap; as soon as you leave a room, the next group can enter. Additionally, we need a GameMaster available for 1.5 or 2.5 hours for each booking. This complexity makes it preferable to determine the right moment with you personally.

Yes, that’s possible. However, you will still pay the cost for 6 people. ClashRooms is designed as a group activity, and the rooms, games, and the involvement of a personal GameMaster are tailored for this. Nevertheless, we will still create a super fun and energetic experience for a small group!

No, for a ClashRooms booking, both the Rooms and a GameMaster must be available. Therefore, you need to make a reservation in advance.

Payment is made in advance via a payment link. Additionally, any drinks and snacks on site can be paid for. A card machine is available for this.
