This page contains the terms and conditions that apply to anyone participating in ClashRooms
Terms and Conditions
- ClashRooms: the trade name of ClashRooms Nederland BV.
- Booker: the person or organization making a booking.
- Participant: any person who participates in an activity at ClashRooms.
- The reservation is made for the number of participants specified during booking.
- If the actual number of participants turns out to be higher, the additional participants will be charged retrospectively according to the applicable rate.
- The reservation is final after the agreed payment has been received or the invoice has been sent.
- Any additional participants and consumption not part of a pre-arranged package will be billed or settled on-site after the event.
- E-invoicing is available for an additional fee of €40.
- A reduction in the number of participants must be no later than 96 hours to be communicated to us prior to the start of the event. In that case, the difference in participants will be settled against any consumption (drinks and snacks) purchased during the event.
- When a reduction that is less than 96 hours No refund or credit will be given if the number of participants is less than originally registered without prior notification.
- For all reservations, a minimum rate of 6 participants. Even when the number of participants is reduced to fewer than 6 people, the rate for 6 participants will still apply.
- It is possible to increase the number of participants up to the day of the booking, provided that available capacity allows.
- A reservation can be canceled or moved free of charge up to 14 days prior to the event.
- Consumption not included in a pre-arranged package will be charged afterwards or settled on-site.
- Images (photos and videos) may be taken by ClashRooms staff during bookings.
- These images may be made available to the booker.
- In addition, ClashRooms reserves the right to post images on Social Media for promotional purposes, with the booker tagged in them.
- Participation under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited.
- Intimidating, offensive or disruptive behavior toward staff or other visitors is not permitted.
- In cases of misconduct, ClashRooms reserves the right to remove affected individuals immediately, without refund.
- Any damages or costs will be recovered from the person or group responsible.
- The police may be called in.
- Instructions from personnel should be followed at all times.
- In case of theft or wanton destruction, ClashRooms will do immediate declaration and damages are recovered.
- Lockers are available in the reception area for personal belongings. Use of these is at your own risk.
- ClashRooms is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal property.
- Participation in ClashRooms activities is entirely on own risk.
- ClashRooms is not liable for bodily injury or property damage incurred during a visit, unless there is intent or gross negligence on the part of ClashRooms.
- ClashRooms makes every effort to provide a safe environment, but expects full cooperation from participants.
- The website www.clashrooms.nl has been compiled with care. ClashRooms may change information, such as prices and availability, at any time.
- No rights can be derived from information on the website.
- Always check the most current information before making a reservation.
- Unless otherwise noted, all intellectual property rights of www.clashrooms.nl at ClashRooms Netherlands BV.
- It is prohibited to copy, publish, reproduce or distribute any content, images or services from the website without written permission.
- ClashRooms only processes personal data necessary to fulfill a booking.
- Data is not kept longer than necessary and never used for other purposes without permission.
- For more information, please refer to the Privacy Statement at www.clashrooms.nl.
- Payments are made through a PCI DSS-certified payment system.
- These general terms and conditions are subject to Dutch law applicable.
- Disputes are preferably resolved by mutual agreement. If necessary, they will be submitted to the competent court in Eindhoven.
- ClashRooms reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
